PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bending device capable of performing bending of a pipe and terminating thereof with simplicity. SOLUTION: The pipe 2 is pinched by a bending die 4 and a clamping die 12 revolvable around the bending die 4. At this time, punches 26, 28 for terminating to be inserted into both ends of the pipe 2 are arranged coaxially with the pipe 2 pinched by the bending die 4 and the clamping die 12. The punches 26, 28 for terminating are simultaneously inserted into both ends of the pipe 2 pinched by the bending die 4 and the clamping die 12 and the pipe is subjected to terminating. The one punch 26 for terminating is provided in a chuck 30 to grip the end of the pipe 2. The punches 26, 28 for terminating have collared parts 26b, 28b on which the pipe 2 end abuts.
