<p>The device (D) has a processing module (MT) determining if a radio communication terminal is in a geographical area included in a coverage area, when a message is received by a communication module. The module authorizes the terminal to set up a priority call with a radio communication network e.g. satellite network, and/or to display a priority information contained in the received message, if the terminal is in the geographical area.
