Absolute deformation magnitude is not less than dimensions of primary crystallization centers in freezing liquid and deformation magnitude is not less than 10 nm, deformation frequency is not less than 0.01 Hz. Surface to be controlled is deformed by forming flexible waves having amplitudes of not less than 10 nm and frequency of not less than 0.01 Hz in article material.
