СПОСОБ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ГЛАУКОМЫ

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out whole rectangular superficial scleral half-sclera thick graft turned with its base to limb and with two limbs placed on the top. Trabeculectomy and basal iridectomy are accomplished in anterior chamber angle. Rectangular Alloplant biomaterial of spongious structure is laid on the scleral bed fundus covering the whole trabeculectomy zone. Penetrating linear deep sclera layer incision is done in flap pedicles base projection all over the whole scleral bed width to suprachoroid space. The whole rectangular superficial scleral graft is laid over the biomaterial. Both scleral pedicles are put into suprachoroid space via linear incision. The whole rectangular superficial scleral graft is fixed with the Alloplant biomaterial of spongious structure being captured by placing single U-shaped suture near the flap top and two interrupted sutures on each side in lateral position. ^ EFFECT: smooth intraocular pressure reduction; enhanced effectiveness of early stage postoperative hypotension prophylaxis; permanent intraocular fluid discharge. ^ 5 dwg
