FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of mycanolide of the formula (I): corresponding to the general subformulae (I)1 and (I)2 wherein L, R1 and R2 have values given in the invention description. Also, invention relates to a medicinal agent and pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I), and to using compounds of the formula (I) for preparing a medicinal agent designated for inhibition of activity of DNA polymerases and treatment of diseases arising as result of anomalous cellular proliferation.
