Disclosed is a conching device comprising at least one agitation rotor(20) mounted at a bottom surface of an upwardly-opened container(10) on a supporting frame(1). The agitation rotor includes a hollow inner cylinder(21) vertically penetrated through the bottom surface of the container and sealed and fixed along a lower location of an outer circumferential surface thereof where it comes into contact with the bottom surface of the container, a rotary shaft(23) rotatably inserted into the inner cylinder and having a length determined such that upper and lower ends of the rotary shaft protrude out of the inner cylinder, the lower end of the rotary shaft being rotatably supported by the supporting frame, a hollow outer cylinder(25) rotatably inserted around the inner cylinder and having an upper end fixedly coupled to the upper end of the rotary shaft, and an agitation impeller(27) formed at an outer circumferential surface of the outer cylinder. |
