Kit (I) for washing crockery comprises a container comprising a foam distributing generator (II) to generate foam and a crockery washing composition (III) comprising an organic ester solvent (IV) with low solubility in water. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a wrought applicator to be used with a kit for washing crockery; and (2) a crockery washing composition (III), comprising a surface active agent, an organic solvent with low solubility in water and a set of instructions containing the recommendations to use (III) in combination with a distributor generating a foams.
