FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, agglomeration production. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has a loading mechanism, cylindrical rotary drum with a surface formed by fire bars freely fastened inside the rings and positioned along the drum with formation of longitudinal slots. The angle of turning of the fire bars about the axis of their attachment is restricted by the inner surfaces of the rings. The rings are fastened to one another by rods of a round section and form the drum framework. In the upper section of the drum the fire bars are in a freely suspended state, and the width of the slots between the fire bars of the drum is maximum, which facilitates cleaning of the clearance between the fire bars from sinter pieces seized between them. The width of the slots between the fire bars positioned in the lower section at a drum turning from 0 to 210 deg. corresponds to the size of the sifted sinter fraction and forms the running clearance. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of coke. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
