FIELD: polymer materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer composition designed for use as binder for structural glass, organic, and coal plastics manufactured preferably by wet winding technique or according to "prepreg" technology, and also as impregnation formulations, hermetics, glues, and coatings. Composition contains, weight parts: epoxy dian resin 100, diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether 24-42, plasticizer 2-15, polyoxypropylene glycol monocyclocarbonate (weight portion of cyclocarbonate groups 25-29) 7-17, hardener 18-45, aliphatic amine 0.2-6.5, epsilon-caprolactam 0.2-5. Plasticizer is a mixture of dioxan alcohols and high-boiling ethers thereof and hardener utilized is eutectic mixture of aromatic amines composed of m-phenylenediamine and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane at ratio between 25:75 and 75:25. ^ EFFECT: reduced viscosity of composition, increased its vitality at treatment temperatures (20-40°C) and ensured high physicomechanical characteristics of plastic articles under curing conditions at moderate temperatures (not higher than 80°C). ^ 2 tbl |
