The tool has a case in which bubbles (4) are housed, and positioned on a surface to be adjusted. A printed circuit board (1) connects light emitting diodes (2) to contactors (3) that are adjusted in parallel to the bubbles by aligning a cylinder traversing through the case and a scale marking (8) and connects an on/off switch to a battery (5). The contactors transmit information to the diodes that a desired angle is obtained.
