<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operation is made complicate, and wrong wiring is likely to be generated in a solar battery module device in a conventional technology, and that since it is necessary to remove the solar battery module device from a roof surface due to wrong wire connection, the operation is made complicate. <P>SOLUTION: This solar battery module device is provided with a rectangular solar battery module 11, a frame body for holding and fixing the outer peripheral part of the solar battery module and a member for setting connected to a frame body M and fixed to a setting face. The frame body is provided with a fitting frame 12A having an engagement part for fitting an edge part being the upper side of the inclined light receiving face of the solar battery module and a support frame 12B having a placing part for supporting an edge part being the lower side of the inclined light receiving face of the solar battery module.
