PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of reducing processing time. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 and a PC 10 are interconnected via a USB cable 11 or the like for communication. The PC 10 transmits image data of a RAW image and an arithmetic parameter to the digital camera 1 via the cable 11, and when the image data are already present in the digital camera 1, the PC 1 transmits only the arithmetic data. The image data received by the digital camera 1 are sequentially processed in a white balance section, a pixel interpolation section, a color space conversion section; a gamma conversion section, a YCrCb conversion section; an edge emphasis section, an LPF section, and an RGB conversion section on the basis of the arithmetic parameter.
