摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a through current from flowing when the source of a portion of a semiconductor integrated circuit is turned off in the semiconductor integrated circuit in which the source is separated. SOLUTION: There is provided a logical gate which receives output signals from circuit modules CMA, CMB and CMC in which the sources are turned on/off, and output control signals SA3, SB3 and SC3 and supplies an output to a circuit to be a destination that receives the output signals. Control is made so as to output an output signal from the logical gate after starting to supply the source voltage to the circuit modules in which the sources are turned on/off, the supply of the source voltage to the circuit modules in which the sources are turned on/off after is cut off after the output of the logical gate is fixed to a prescribed potential, and even though the outputs of the circuit modules in which the sources are turned on/off become high impedance, an input of the circuit to receive the output is prevented from being in a floating state so that a through current is prevented from flowing.
