PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket-coil separation device capable of suitably performing carrying of tickets. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first separation roller 14 and a second separation roller 15 rotating so as to move down the mutually opposed parts of the circumferential surfaces thereof, the space between the first separation roller 14 and the second separation roller 15 being settable to pass a ticket T between the first separation roller 14 and the second separation roller 15 but not to pass a coil C between the first separation roller 14 and the second separation roller 15. This device further comprises a first feed roller 16 arranged above the first separation roller 14, a second feed roller 17 arranged above the second separation roller 16 and driven by a rotating drive unit 18, and a connection and disconnection device for connecting and disconnecting the first feed roller 15 with and from the second feed roller 17.
