PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of judging an unrequired noise area. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises: a transmission control part 1 for generating pulse signals in mutually different forms; an ultrasonic probe 2 for converting the pulse signals to ultrasonic pulses, transmitting them toward a testee body and receiving the reflected echo signals of the ultrasonic pulses; a representative value computation part 5 for dividing a tomographic image frame generated on the basis of the reflected echo signals into a plurality of areas, converting the intensity of the reflected echo signals inside the area to luminance and obtaining the representative value of the luminance for each area; and a decision part 6 for deciding whether or not the area is the noise area by comparing the representative values in the corresponding areas in the respective tomographic image frames generated on the basis of the pulse signals in at least two mutually different forms.
