RECEIVER FOR OPTOSPATIAL TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver for optospatial transmission capable of shielding a disturbance light such as a sunlight while ensuring communication quality.

SOLUTION: A liquid crystal shutter 6 is provided on the prestage of a light-receiving element 1. A transmission light level detecting means 3 and a disturbance light level detecting means 4 are provided for each detecting electric signals respectively equivalent to a transmission light 301 and a disturbance light 302 on the poststage of the light-receiving element 1. The receiver compares the respective detected signals and partially controls the light-shielding position of the liquid crystal shutter 6 so that an SN ratio may be a constant value or more.
