<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for completely executing card settlement processing by using a tool which is more inexpensive than conventional equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This system for performing card settlement for a merchandise selling or service provision price in a job site where its purchase has been performed is provided with a mobile phone 40 of a provision staff for merchandise selling or the like, a settlement relay server 10 and a database for member management.
