PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a secure printing system is built, although it is important to raise the trace nature of a back shell by leaving long when a printed manner is copied, since immerse money storage area is needed to unite all the contents (scanning result) of the printed matter with log and are held, a matter that method of leaving the content and the log of the printed matter in fewer memory storage area is desired. SOLUTION: When only the log is held when the printed matter with which an identification code which printing system to assume acts was embedded is copied and the printed matter is copied in which the identification code is not embedded, scanning data are held together with the log.
