PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated wiring technique for enabling a countermeasure to be taken against crosstalk and enabling the shortening of a development period and the reduction of a chip area without the need of processing such as shielding wiring and the reallocation of wiring tracks. SOLUTION: The automated wiring technique comprises a first process of allocating wiring tracks and wiring layers by performing general wiring that forms wiring on an orthogonal wiring grid, a second process of specifying attack side wiring giving influences by crosstalk to other wirings and victim-side wiring undergoing an influence by crosstalk about respective occurrences of crosstalk errors by detecting the crosstalk error, a third process of performing prior wiring that forms wiring for occurrence portions of the crosstalk errors using an inclined wiring grid, a fourth process of performing general wiring forming the other wirings on the orthogonal wiring grid, and a fifth process of performing detailed wiring using wiring patterns generated in the third and fourth processes.
