PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get the stabilization of the vehicle by controlling the damping power at the time of braking of whirl. SOLUTION: A shock absorber 1 has a mass member 53 to move according to the side acceleration and the back and forth acceleration that occurs to the vehicle, a bypass path 34, 35, 36 to communicate the first liquid room 10, the second liquid room 11 and the reserver room 7 of the cylinder that are not shown in Figure, a spool 42 to open and close the bypass path 34, 35, 36 and a spool operation part 50 to connect the spool 42 with the mass member 53 and interlock to the movement of the mass member 53 according to the side acceleration and the back and forth acceleration of the vehicle which is the connection system to turn the spool 42 into a close valve condition from an open valve condition.
