PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pusher hand rod easily attachable and detachable to a vehicle body while making a rear wheel brake lever of a steering handle usable. SOLUTION: A two-wheel vehicle with the pusher hand rod comprises the pusher hand rod 90 attachably and detachably mounted from the upper part to a pusher hand rod holding cylinder 16 fixed to a body frame 10, a brake-shoe lever 116 mounted with a brake shoe 122 capable of being contacted and separated from the periphery of a rear wheel 30, and a brake interlocking mechanism for interlocking a brake lever 110 provided at the grip of the pusher hand rod 90 to the brake-shoe lever 116.
