PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving rigidity of a ceiling part of a tank without thickening a thickness of the tank. SOLUTION: An oil cooler 100 is formed by plurally laminating fluid passage units formed by combining two plates 111 and 112, and it has a heat exchange core part 110 carrying out heat exchange between fluids passing an interior and an exterior of the fluid passage unit, and the substantially cylindrical tank 120 with a bottom housing the heat exchange core part. A swelling part 120c swollen toward an outer side of the tank is formed on a portion facing communication holes 115A and 115B of the heat exchange core part in the ceiling part of the tank.
