PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin hanger lug for a bicycle frame provided with a hanger screw part insert sleeve made of metal. SOLUTION: In the resin hanger lug for the bicycle frame, the cylindrical hanger screw part insert sleeve made of metal is constituted by inwardly providing a left screw part and a right screw part on an inner diameter surface of a cylinder body in which an outer diameter surface made of metal is formed to a whirl-stop shape by required length than both end surfaces of the cylinder body. The resin hanger lug has the cylindrical hanger screw part insert sleeve made of metal obtained by using a thermoplastic resin as a main material resin while making the cylindrical hanger screw part insert sleeve made of metal inward and injecting a melting resin material obtained by adding/mixing 40-75 wt.% of a filler having length of 9-14 mm and a diameter of 0.01-1 mm into the main material resin to a molding metal die, and is provided with a pipe mounting part connected to a head lug, a vertical pipe mounting part and a chain stay mounting part.
