PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer which has no possibilities that even a sheet substrate might be dragged into a conveyance device and can certainly convey the substrate to realize an efficient printing operation. SOLUTION: This screen printer 10 prints a paste P on the substrate 20 by bringing the mask plate 70 with pattern pores into contact with the substrate 20 retained on a printing table 30 and squeegeeing the paste P on the mask plate 70. In addition, a conveyance framework 40 structured of an outer peripheral frame 44 with a retention piece 42 for retaining the substrate 20, is provided. The printing table 30 is accessibly arranged in an opening part 46 formed of the inner peripheral edge of a retention piece 42 so as to allow the ascent of the table 30 with the substrate 20 mounted on the upper surface.
