PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a motorcycle improved in the support accuracy of an inner core, and facilitated in the sand removal of the inner core. SOLUTION: Frame bodies 28a, 28b and bridge members 29a, 29b are constructed as hollow structures, and cast into one body. Upper ends of right and left frame bodies 28a, 28b to which both ends of the upper bridge member 29 are connected are formed with openings 32 which the hollow parts of the upper bridge member 29a and the right and left frame bodies 28a, 28b face. The openings 32 are used as a support hole 32 for supporting the inner core used in casting a center frame unit 9, and the openings 32 are formed as connecting parts to which the rear end of a tank rail 32 can be connected.
