<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying body capable of stably flying without providing a posture stabilizing means such as a stabilizer, having an advantage in reducing weight, and decreasing voltage drop or a loss of electric power between a solar cell and a circuit portion. <P>SOLUTION: The flying body comprises a rotor 3 rotatably provided and having a plurality of rotating wings 34, a driven element rotating by interlocking with the rotor 3, an ultrasonic motor having a vibrating element equipped with a contacting portion abutting on the driven element and a piezoelectric element, and a driving circuit driving the ultrasonic motor. The flying body flies with thrust generated by rotations of the rotating wings 34. On a surface of the rotating wing 34, a solar battery 71 receiving light to carry out photoelectric exchange and generate electricity is provided.
