<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional panel installing structure for easily performing joining-fixing work of a muntin and a horizontal muntin. <P>SOLUTION: In this installing structure, a locking piece 6 is arranged on both edges of an upper surface opening of a slide groove 5 by recessing the slide groove 5 on an upper surface of the muntin 1. A positioning projection piece 9 is projectingly arranged upward in a plate nut 8 formed by boring a screw hole 7. This plate nut 8 is locked on the lower side of the blocking piece 6. The positioning projection piece 9 is slidingly inserted into the slide groove 5 in a state of projecting above the muntin 1 from between the locking pieces 6. The plate nut 8 is arranged on the lower side of the horizontal muntin 2 in a state of allowing the positioning projection piece 9 to abut on one side outside surface of the horizontal muntin 2 placed on the muntin 1, and a bolt 11 inserted into a joining hole 10 of the horizontal muntin 2 is threadedly engaged with a screw hole 7 of the plate nut 8.
