PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device capable of realizing service life extension by maintaining a good rotating balance of a satellite gear. SOLUTION: The steering control device has an input shaft connected to a steering input means, an output shaft connected to a steered wheel, and a gear ratio variable mechanism which is provided between the input shaft and the output shaft, and enables the relative rotation between the input shaft and the output shaft. In the steering control device, the gear ratio variable mechanism is equipped with a first external gear coaxially connected to the input shaft, an internal gear which is composed of a first internal gear part meshing with the first external gear in an eccentric state, and a second internal gear part connected to the first internal gear part, an eccentric cam which is the outer peripheral side of the internal gear, relatively rotatably provided with the internal gear, which coincides with the center of the inner peripheral circle, and coincides with the input/output shaft at the center of rotating shaft, and a gear ratio control means which variably controls the gear ratio between the input shaft and the output shaft by rotation-controlling the internal gear.
