PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device that makes insert portion taking-up operation secure and that securely prevents dirt of an insert portion from sticking on rotary drum peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: The endoscope device is provided with a rotary drum 3 capable of taking up and running out the insert portion of an endoscope, a case 8 which houses the rotary drum 3, a panel 5 provided on a case surface on a take-up or run-out side of the insert portion, a 1st elastic member 5-21 which projects from the panel to outside the case and where the insert portion is loosely inserted, and a 2nd elastic member which has a diameter smaller than the external diameter of the insert portion and where the insert portion can be inserted, the 2nd elastic member being provided at a tip portion of the 1st elastic member.
