PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing material composition for topcoating specifications that hardly causes cracking and breakage in a coating film topcoated on an applied sealing material, does not cause bleeding of a plasticizer on the surface of the coating film, does not stain the surface and has properties of excellent adhesiveness to an outer wall material and durability, low modulus, high elongation and high strength. SOLUTION: The sealing material composition suitable for topcoating specifications is obtained by mixing a sealing material composition comprising a normal-temperature curable resin such as an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer or a crosslinkable silyl group-containing resin with a low-molecular plasticizer or a plasticizer containing the low-molecular plasticizer and a high-molecular plasticizer so that the amount of the low-molecular plasticizer is 2-12 % by mass in the sealing material composition so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.
