PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel patterned with relief capable of preventing peeling of plastic material from basic materials after processing and resolve difficulties in weight-related processing. SOLUTION: A porous base material and a plasticizer which naturally cures after forming are pressurized together to be integrally joined, relief patterns F1 and F2 are formed on the surface of the plasticizer before curing and the plasticizer is subsequently hardened to obtain the decorative panel. As a basic material, foaming resin, foaming wood material, foaming mineral material are mentioned. As a plasticizer, clay is mentioned. Accordingly, a light-weight decorative panel as an entirety can be realized, and the strength of peeling resistance between the base material and the plasticizer can be enhanced.
