<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently differentiating and culturing dendritic cells (DC) which are a sort of antigen-presenting cells (APC), or macrophages. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, human peripheral blood-originated monocytes are adsorbed on a plate coated with an antibody and purified and cultured in the presence of cytokines to efficiently differentiate the monocytes to the dendritic cells or the macrophages. Concretely, the antibody to be coated is Anti-CXCR4 ECL 1 & 2 (A120) antibody or Anti-CCR5 N-terminus (T312) antibody in the method for differentiating and culturing the human dendritic cells or macrophages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
