PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device having characteristics such as easiness of a fitting operation, leakage prevention of an excrement, and prevention of detachment of the fitting, improving the following performance to the body movement, suppressing discomfort due to the contact with the skin and damage of a skin contact member, and to provide an excrement storage apparatus having the fitting device. SOLUTION: This fitting device is provided with a first flange 10 fixed to the skin contact member, and a second flange 20 to be fitted to the first flange 10; the first flange has a ringed projection 11 made of a hard resin; the second flange has a projection 21 with a ringed groove to be fitted to the ringed projection and made of a hard resin; the first flange 10 is provided with an intermediate member 12 formed of a soft resin material compared with the ringed projection, between the ringed projection and the skin contact member; and the intermediate member is provided with a base part 13 formed immediately below the ringed projection as a support part of the ringed projection, and a connecting part 14 extending from the base part along the surface of the skin contact member and connected to the skin contact member surface.
