PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting data between a communication node e.g. an access point and a mobile station via a network. SOLUTION: First data is weighted at the access point so that a first mobile station may receive only the first data, and is transmitted by using first and second antennas. Second data is weighted at the access point so that a second mobile station may receive only the second data and is transmitted by using the first and second antennas. An SDMA module makes transmission protocol transmit the first data to the first mobile station on a downlink and makes the second mobile station transmit the second data in parallel with the transmission of the first data on the downlink. In a remote communication system, the first and second data are simultaneously transmitted by using a similar carrier-wave frequency in radio frequency communication via WLAN and the throughput of the downlink may be increased with a magnification equal to the number of antennas at an access point.
