<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for issuance and improve convenience for users. <P>SOLUTION: A system for specific transactions comprises: a portable terminal device which accepts a specific transaction implementation request including a transaction amount, determines whether or not the transaction amount is a credit line balance or below, executes processing for updating a credit line balance from which the transaction amount has been subtracted to information permitting identification on the condition that the determination result shows that the transaction amount is the credit line balance or below, and transmits transaction permission information including portable terminal identification information on the portable terminal device to a specific transaction device for conducting the specific transaction; the specific transaction device which implements the specific transaction corresponding to the transaction amount based on the reception of the transaction permission information, and transmits transaction completion information including the received portable terminal identification information and the transaction amount to a management computer; and the management computer which transmits settlement request information including the portable terminal identification information and the transaction amount to a credit loan company on the basis of the reception of the transaction completion information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
