PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting encrypted communication features which can extract the features of encrypted communication in a short time, while reducing the required man-hours, and to provide its program and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The test data generator 15 generates test data to output to a communication application 10. The communication application 10 and the cipher communications software 11 or the encryption protocol processor 12 make encrypted communications with the testing host 2 through an outside communications section 13 using the cryptograph data, based on the test data. The cryptograph data collection section 16 collects cryptograph data and extracts the communication state information which shows the feature of the encrypted communication based on the collected cryptograph data. The feature combining section 17 generates feature information which correlates the extracted communication state information with the condition information, which shows the conditions for the encrypted communication and stores it to the memory 18.
