PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and electronic equipment which prevents intrusion of a flexible printed circuit board into a photographic optical path and whose miniaturization is realized. SOLUTION: This invention provides a lens barrel and the electrical equipment which have a movable frame which moves to the optical axis direction, electrical equipment provided in a first lens barrel, a flexible electric signal line which electrically connects the electrical equipment and a control circuit part on the outside of the first lens barrel and a movable guidance member which guides the electric signal line, in which the movable guidance member is supported by the movable frame so that it becomes possible to relatively transfer in the optical axis direction to the movable frame.
