PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjustment device for improving getting-on and getting-off characteristics even if a non-specified person gets on and gets off a vehicle. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a vehicle height adjustment device characterized in that physical body information influencing against getting-on or getting-off at a vehicle (physical body information such as a height and sitting height and the like) , age information, gender information, clothes information (clothes, shoes, caps and accessories) and information on handicapped physical body (information on handicapped legs and feet, information on handicapped waist, state sitting on a wheel chair and state with a stick) are got by an image processing device 3 in reference to user's image taken by a camera 2 and then an amount of adjustment when a vehicle height is adjusted is controlled before user's getting-on or getting-off action in reference to the attained physical body information.
