PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft fabric for curtains having light-shielding performance like conventional blinds and allowing to see through outdoors. SOLUTION: A strip of light-shielding flap is formed by arranging warps in a thickness direction of the fabric. Many light-shielding flaps are stacked and arranged in a weaving direction at predetermined intervals, and wefts are weaved in the warps by securing spaces for enabling seeing through, and continuous fabric is formed. The light-shielding flaps act as slats of the conventional blinds for shielding direct sunlight and for preventing seeing through inside.
