<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a moving image by providing a means for preventing a freeze and disturbance of a moving image which occur in moving image transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet of frame image data transmitted from an imaging camera 1 is respectively sent as one and the same data to a frame image transmitting part and auxiliary image extracting parts 22a and 22b. The frame image data sent to the frame image transmitting part is transmitted to a receiver 4 through a transmitting part 3 as it is. The frame image data sent to the auxiliary image extracting parts 22a and 22b is converted into auxiliary image data such as a contour image, a binary image, a gradation image and a partial image, sent to an auxiliary image transmitting part and transmitted to the receiver 4 through the transmitting part 3. Frame image data with missing is sent to a frame image synthesizing part 43 of the receiver 4, synthesized with auxiliary image data corresponding to the frame image data with missing, outputted as image data obtained by correcting the missing to a moving image reproducing part 5 from a frame image outputting part 44 and reproduced by a display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
