摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control circuit stable in high speed operation, and to provide a semiconductor device using the same and a transmitter/receiver circuit. SOLUTION: The power control circuit controls the gain of an amplifier so that the output power of the amplifier is a desired value according to a digital control signal and comprises a digital feedback circuit 200 which takes the difference between a detection signal obtained by detecting the power value of the output power of the amplifier and the digital control signal after converting the detection signal to a digital signal, and converts the difference to an analog signal to output a first feedback signal, an analog feedback circuit 210 for outputting a high frequency component of the difference as a second feedback signal between the digital control signal converted to an analog signal and the detection signal, and an adder 100 for taking the sum of the first and second feedback signals to output a gain control signal for controlling the gain of the amplifier.
