PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small flash lamp luminescence arranging a flash lamp and, further, small in the sound pressure level of the shock of generated sound pressure. SOLUTION: The flush lamp luminescence device is equipped with the flash lamp comprising a pair of electrodes arranged in a light emitting tube so as to be opposed, and a casing body having a lamp arranging space for arranging the flash lamp therein.
