摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker crane capable of stopping in an emergency, even if a controller makes a malfunction. SOLUTION: A stopping control circuit 13 arithmetically operates the reduction ratio R per unit time of a level of a speed command Sa outputted from a D/A converter 8 when detecting the fact of reaching a speed reduction area by a detecting signal Sd from a dog detecting sensor 11, and outputs a stopping signal St to an emergency stopping circuit 14 of an inverter 9 when this reduction ratio R is a preset predetermined value Rth or less. Thus, the inverter 9 is forcibly stopped in operation, and a traveling motor 10 is stopped. That is, when the reduction ratio R of the level of the speed command Sa is the predetermined value Rth or less though the stacker crane 2 reaches the speed reduction area, the traveling motor 10 is forcibly stopped as normal speed reduction is not performed.
