PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of properly correcting a blurring even when the blurring due to a camera-shake or an object shake is caused to part of a photographed image. SOLUTION: The imaging element includes: a photoelectric conversion section of a line exposure system wherein a plurality of unit photoelectric conversion sections are arranged; and a read section for reading a pixel signal of each unit photoelectric conversion section by increasing the sensitivity for common times in exposure times of each of lines of the photoelectric conversion section.
