PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the usability problems wherein existing Japanese text creation input units having many keys to memorize take some time to get accustomed to and make touch typing difficult after an interval. SOLUTION: The use of voiced and semi-voiced sound marks specific to Japanese and the use of romanized input allow input signals from voiced and semi-voiced sound mark keys in romanized input to modify unvoiced characters.
