PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure of a simple structure whose load-bearing capacity and entire strength can be improved by a support part in cooperation with a cover member while keeping the light weight. SOLUTION: The double floor structure has the support parts 10 arranged two-dimensionally at a predetermined interval on a floor surface and the cover member 14 placed on and supported by the upper surface 10a. On the cover member 14, a reinforcement rib 16a extending in a direction perpendicular to a groove part is formed while a positioning member 18 is formed on the extension of the elongating direction of the reinforcement rib 16a.
