<p>An ultrasonic device comprises a probe (10) for transmitting/receiving ultasonic waves with a specimen (H), a transmitting/receiving unit (12) for feeding a wave sending drive signal to the probe (10) and for processing a received signal outputted from the probe (10), an ultrasonic image configuration unit (14) for configuring an ultrasonic tomography image on the basis of a received signal outputted from the transmitting/receiving unit (12), and an image display unit (16) for displaying the ultrasonic image. The ultrasonic device further comprises a guide information operation unit (20) for generating guide information to guide the scan face of the probe (10) to the position of an interest range of the probe (H) on the basis of both the positional data of the probe (10) and the positional data of the interest range set in preacquired volume data on the probe (H), thereby to cause the image display unit (16) to display the guide information.</p> |
