PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin member joining structure and method for allowing easy joining work without using a special sealing material while ensuring air/liquid tightness. SOLUTION: A fitting groove 4 is formed in the opening end of one synthetic resin member 2 continuously over the whole periphery. Solvent adhesive 7 is filled into the fitting groove 4 over the whole periphery and then an end 5 of the other synthetic resin member 3 is fitted into the fitting groove in the soluble state of the solvent adhesive.
