PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which can prevent an ink on a recording medium from hardening defectively under high humidity environment and thereby, can produce a high-definition recording image while eliminating wasteful power consumption. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording device comprises a recording head 7 which discharges the ink to the surface of the recording medium P, and a light source device 8 structured of a flashlight source 11 for irradiating the ink discharged to the surface of the recording medium P with a flash light and a light source, for hardening the ink, which irradiates the ink with a light capable of hardening the ink.
