PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hard coat film showing high pencil hardness and adhesion by forming a hard coat layer, which is composed of an acrylic resin layer and a rubber component-containing layer, on a film reduced in thickness and low in elastic modulus. SOLUTION: The hard coat film is constituted by providing the hard coat layer (B) on a base material (A) comprising a transparent resin film at least having a tensile elastic modulus of 1.500-3,000 MPa and a film thickness of 20-80μm, and the hard coat layer (B) is composed of a (meth)acrylic resin layer (C) and a rubber component-containing layer (D).
